Arsenal have been dealt another blow after Riccardo Calafiori was forced off the field due to injury against Shakhtar Donetsk.

The Italian defender appeared to hurt his knee before being replaced by Myles Lewis-Skelly. The ex-Bologna star, who joined the club in the summer, received treatment on the field before walking off the pitch accompanied by a physio.

Calafiori failed to keep his balance as his foot slid across the turf at the Emirats, seeing his opposite knee bend awkwardly to the floor. The landing will leave Arsenal sweating over his fitness.
