Punters have been hit with a strict new dress code at a that has sparked outrage with one disappointed drinker ruing how it used to be an "edgy" place.
The in Stockton-on-Tees rolled out its new policy on Sunday evening which bans anyone wearing designer £500 plus Christian Louboutin's or Ugg boots among a long list of designer items. And revellers who have head, neck or face tattoos also won't be allowed into the late bar and nightspot on Park Terrace.
The boozer shared a post on to inform customers of the nine new rules which also saw a crackdown on big boss logos, certain types of trainers and footwear while big puffers have to be stored in the cloakroom.
It seems though that the tough new policy hasn't impressed many people judging by the comments in response to the post with nearly 500 people now having added their opinion.
One person commented that she "used to go in here after work on a weekend a lot of years ago and the best part of the wobbly was the edgy people in there!" Other users added "good look with that" and "that's hilarious".

One person questioned the banning of sliders and flip flops based on shoes having to be raised off the floor. She said: "Does this mean crocs are sound then? Or are they too close to the floor? Do we levitate when we go in or is it just to protect our feet from sticking to the carpet? What does it mean?! How can shoes be too close to the floor, they have to be the closest part of us to the floor?!"
While a man joked: "Can all our customers stop coming in please. Wouldn’t that have been easier to type?" And a further person hit back at the dress code saying: "Just say men over 40 in a mid life crisis that has joined a motorbike gang, got out their dad's old leathers and doesn't wash for about 7 years... That fit the bill!!! I love wearing sports clothing... And won't ever change yet I hold doors open for people say please and thank you and generally a decent bloke.. This is your 5 mins of fame.. But also your demise..."
