A cast member from SAS: Who Dares Wins has announced that he's had another baby. Jason Fox shared the news with fans on social media this week, revealing that his son Jack arrived five weeks early and describing the newborn as "epic".

Jason, 48, had announced earlier this year that his wife Jules Fox, whom he married in 2023, was pregnant. The former soldier, who is the longest-serving instructor on the Channel 4 show, has now revealed that Jack was born last month.

He shared the news on Instagram yesterday, just weeks after Jack's arrival. Jason, who has two children from previous relationships, introduced his baby to his followers on the platform with a series of photos that were in his post.

One photo showed Jason cradling his newborn son whilst sat in a hospital waiting room. The post also included a selfie of Jason, Jules and Jack, who was seen sleeping, together. Some others showed the infant without his parents.

Alongside the photos, Jason announced the name that had been chosen by himself and Jules. He wrote: "Jack Conrad Fox. 8th June 2025. Five weeks early. [Jules] has been and is amazing. He is epic. Also brilliant at immobilising me."

The post, which has more than 75,000 likes on the platform, was met with supportive messages from his followers. They included a number of celebrities who congratulated Jason on the arrival of his son Jack in the comments section.

Among them were people that Jason has worked alongside on SAS: Who Dares Wins and its celebrity spin-off. His co-star Rudy Reyes wrote: "Yeahhhh My Bro." Their former colleague Melvyn Downes commented: "Congratulations to both of you lots of happiness coming your way."

Several celebrities who have competed on the reality TV show also reacted to the news. Former boxer Tony Bellew, who was a contestant on Celebrity SAS: Who Dares Wins in 2020, wrote in his response: "Congratulations mate."

Journalist Rachel Johnson, who was on it last year, said: "You two and now you three. So happy. Am so glad all is well. Lots of love you beautiful family." Melinda Messenger, who competed in 2023, wrote: "Huge congratulations to you both!"

Jason had announced that his wife was pregnant in March. He wrote alongside a baby scan photo at the time: "Hi there! As good a time as any to say that this time next year there'll be a new sheriff (mum) in town for Mother's Day!"

He continued to by expressing pride over his wife Jules, whom he has previously described as his "best friend". Jason wrote: "So proud of you [Jules] in how you've approached and taken on this long journey. Exciting times ahead."
