had a very special visitor on Heart Drive as his newborn daughter Palma paid him a visit at work. The presenter and The TV personality, 38, welcomed Palma - his first child - with wife , also 38, last month.

On Friday, Mark treated his listeners to a surprise as his little girl joined him on the airwaves. Speaking to his listeners, he said: "I’ve got a very special moment happening right now to me. I am doing the show to you on Heart, I love being here, I love playing the songs like Amy Winehouse on the way and Jessie J.

"But at the same time, I have got my baby Palma in my arms. It is the first time I’ve brought her to work, I mean, it’s only been five weeks, so you’d think so. But it’s just the best feeling ever.

"I don’t know if you’ve ever taken your kid to work before, but the pride that you have walking through the office and everyone going ‘aw she’s so cute.’ She’s on my shoulder right now, and I better be careful because she might learn a few tricks and end up coming for my job one day, but I wouldn’t mind."

Since welcoming their daughter, the family of three have kept a relatively low profile and have only shared a few glimpses into their new life. Earlier this month, the family headed off for a much needed break at the swanky Soho House Farmhouse in the Cotswolds.

Both Mark and Michelle looked relaxed as they shared a snap into their relaxing getaway at the private members club, where photographing other guests is strictly prohibited.

Although Michelle hasn't spoken about welcoming their daughter, Mark was unable to not gush about the new chapter in his life during a discussion on Heart FM. He said to his co-presenter and fellow new dad, Olly Murs: "Mate, it’s hard to even put into words. This is the biggest achievement of my life - it's all I think about.

"Every morning I wake up so excited just to see her face. That moment I held her for the first time... it gets me emotional just thinking about it. Everything else fades away, and you realise what truly matters in life." He praised Michelle for the strength she showed while giving birth to their little daughter, describing her as a "superhero".

Mark said: "And it makes you realise, like what our mums did for us, and makes me have so much more respect than I already had and what women have to go through. But other than that, it's the best feeling in the .

"But it's just, I suppose, everything else goes out the window, and it's made me realise what life is all about. And my little baby, Palma, I love you so much, I can't wait to spend my life with you." It was during the same conversation that Mark revealed he hadn't been warned about the sleepless nights he now faces due to Palma waking up throughout the night."

Mark emotionally revealed that welcoming Palma is one of his greatest achievements. He said on ahead of Mother's Day: "It's actually hard to put it into words, I'll start by saying it's the biggest achievement of my life. It's all I think about, but obviously, hat goes off to my wife, she's an absolute superhuman superhero for bringing this baby into the .
