The Masters is heading into its fourth and final round on Sunday with leading by two shots. The is the only major championship that McIlroy has yet to win in his illustrious career.
The Northern Irishman could finally win a famous green jacket, but two-time champion DeChambeau will pose a major threat. DeChambeau beat McIlroy by just one shot to win his second US Open last summer and will be hoping for a repeat performance at Augusta.
Canada's Corey Conners is just four shots behind McIlroy, while Ludvig Aaberg, Patrick Reed, Justin Rose, Shane Lowry, and Jason Day all have an outside chance at success.
Along with McIlroy and Rose, fellow British golfers Tyrell Hatton, Tommy Fleetwood, Aaron Rai, Matt Fitzpatrick and 2016 champion Danny Willett will also be in action. The day's play will get underway at 2.40pm BST with a scheduled midnight finish.

Speaking ahead of the final round, McIlroy said: "I think the big thing is to not make it a re-match. Stay in my own little . Stay in my cocoon, in my little bubble. Keep my head down.
"I have to put myself in my own world and concentrate on myself and set myself a score. If I can set myself a target and achieve it, hopefully that will be enough.
"He [DeChambeau] will do what he does - I have to stay firm and stay in my own little bubble. I have a few little notes written in the back of my yardage book that I glance at every now and again while I'm walking the fairway.
"Just little reminders. Little, you know, one- or two-sentence things. I mean, all the cliché mantras that you've heard before, really."
