In this stressful life, the risk of heart attack has increased even among the youth. Before the attack, the body gives some signals which need to be paid attention to.
A life full of stress has a direct impact on our heart health. Heart attack is no longer limited to the elderly, but it is affecting the youth as well. The surprising thing is that heart attack does not come suddenly, rather the body gives us many signals before it comes. But we do not pay attention to them.
Mild pain or burning in the chest: If you are repeatedly feeling burning, heaviness or pressure in the chest without any reason, then it cannot be a normal gas problem. It can be a sign of some serious heart problem.
Feeling tired and weak: If you are feeling extremely tired even while doing small everyday tasks or feel a strange weakness in the body, then this could be a sign of blood not reaching the heart properly.
Shortness of breath: If you feel breathless while climbing stairs or even without exertion, it can indicate a worsening condition of the heart. These symptoms can appear a few days before a heart attack.
Excessive sweating: If you are sweating frequently without any reason, then do not take it lightly. This can be a sign of some emergency inside the body.
Pain in the neck, jaw or arm: Heart attack is not limited to chest pain only. This pain can spread to the neck, jaw, shoulder or left arm.
Feeling restless and nervous: Many times before a heart attack, a person feels nervous, restless and suffocated without any reason. Do not ignore this sign at all, especially if this symptom occurs repeatedly.
