Princess Charlotte is set to make a major appearance today. The royal and her father Prince William have arrived in Switzerland.
They will be attending the final of the Euro 2025 this afternoon and cheering on the Lionesses. Taking to their X account on Saturday, with just hours to go until the game, Prince William shared a message, writing: "Good luck to the Lionesses tomorrow. The nation is so proud you are through to the final, after some stunning comebacks! We are all cheering you on! W."
Charlotte, 10, has not appeared at a football match with her father before today, although she did join him to wish the team luck in a video in 2023.
In the video, William said: "Lionesses, we want to send you a huge good luck for tomorrow. We're sorry we can't be there in person, but we're so proud of everything you achieved and the millions you've inspired here and around the world. So, go out there tomorrow and really enjoy yourselves."
Charlotte, who is known to be a huge fan of the Lionesses, then added: "Good luck Lionesses!"
Princess Charlotte previously asked her doting dad Prince William to share one special piece of information with the England's women football team in 2022.
During a visit to St George's Park in Burton-upon-Trent the team presented William with football kits for his three children - including Charlotte.
After receiving the presents, and posing for photographs with the team, the Prince of Wales relayed a message to the team from his then-seven-year-old daughter.
He said: "Charlotte wants me to tell you she's really good in goal...a budding star for the future!"
Stressing it was his daughter who wanted to inform the players of her skills, William added: "She said, 'Please can you tell them that', and I said 'Okay I'll tell them'."
