Sky issues 48-hour countdown to get 'lowest ever' price and that's not all

If you've had a spring clean of your finances over the long weekend and feel like it's time to save some money, it's definitely worth having a quick look at latest offers. The TV and telecoms firm is currently dishing out but the deal only lasts until tomorrow, Wednesday May 7.

As long as you act now, you'll get rapid 300Mbps downloads for just £28 per month. With that fast technology beamed into your living room, you'll be able to download a full HD movie in under two minutes.

Add Sky Ultimate to that bundle (which brings a total of more than 140 channels to screens) and you'll pay just £39 per month.

All of these deals are based on a 24-month contract and come with a Sky Stream box. For those not in the know, this device uses the internet to beam shows and movies to the big screen without needing a dish.

It also offers personalised recommendations for things to watch, full access to streaming apps such as Netflix and Disney+, along with simple installation that doesn't require an engineer to visit.
