Democratic nominee Kamala Harris appeared briefly flustered after an anti-Israel heckler interrupted her at a rally in Kalamazoo, Michigan on Saturday. The Vice President had just started speaking on the stakes of the election when she got interrupted. "We are fighting for America's future, and we understand the opportunity we have before us to turn the page on the fear," Harris said, seconds before she got shouted down by the protestor.The heckler was repeatedly heard shouting "No more Gaza War!".

Soon after Harris was cut off from her speech, rally-goers started booing against the protestor and began chanting "Kamala" to show their support for the Democrat nominee.Harris then replied, "On the topic of Gaza, we must end that war."Despite the interruptions, the Vice President continued her speech and assured supporters of her commitment to fulfill their interests. She also compared herself with Republican nominee Donald Trump."There is a yearning in our country for a president who sees the people, not just looking in the mirror all the time," she added. The Kalamazoo rally marked Harris's appearance with former first lady Michelle Obama, who urged supporters to vote for the Democrat nominee to become the first woman president of America.Obama also warned that a second term for Donald Trump as president could reap serious implications for women's rights, especially in sectors of reproductive freedom and healthcare."If we don't get this election right, your wife, your daughter, your mother, we as women will become collateral damage," Obama said as she urged men to vote thoughtfully.The Democrat nominee's rally in Michigan is a part of her campaign that aims to leverage voter turnout , particularly among the youth.
