Bhopal: CM Mohan Yadav will participate in an "Invest in MP" session in Bengaluru on Wednesday, as part of a concerted push to attract large-scale industrial investment to the state.
Yadav's visit will begin at the Bharat Earth Movers Limited (BEML) campus, where he will take part in the dedication of the 2,100th metro coach. He will also visit the integrated design centre and view a presentation on BEML's upcoming plant in Bhopal. Land allotment documents for the new unit will be formally handed over during the ceremony.
Yadav will address an interactive session on the theme ‘Investment Opportunities in Madhya Pradesh', where he will present the state's industrial strengths and policy commitments to India's leading investors.
Raghvendra Singh, principal secretary, industrial policy and investment promotion, Sanjay Dubey, additional chief secretary, department of science and technology, and Shiv Shekhar Shukla, principal secretary, culture and tourism, will brief investors on investment prospects in Madhya Pradesh.
Yadav will also hold one-on-one meetings with key investors from sectors such as IT, electronics, manufacturing, defence, automobiles, tourism, and technology to discuss investment opportunities directly.
