Cough syrup dextromethorphan led to the death of a six-year-old boy in Rajasthan 's Churu Saturday, the fourth such fatality attributed to the drug in the state in the past 10 days. State health minister Gajendra Singh Khimsar said the syrup had passed tests and was of "standard quality". The boy was admitted to hospital October 2 with complaints of convulsions and difficulty in breathing.
